yummy potato pancakes, hot chocolate, cream, yumm-o! The snow, well, yes there is the snow. Whatcha gonna do? Snow happens. Good thing we've got comfort foods. Hope your trek south is safe and snow free. stay warm up there.
Now I want potato pancakes. I didn't know you could get mixes for them. I had some hot chocolate yesterday too, but I didn't have any whipped cream in the house, but I did have one marshmallow left, so that went into the cocoa.
